Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar celebrate Eid-e-Milad with family amid ongoing health battle
Television couple Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar marked Eid-e-Milad with a warm family gathering, giving fans a peek into their special celebration. Shoaib posted a set of pictures on Instagram with the caption, “Eid-e-Milad Mubarak.” The post instantly caught the attention of their followers, who sent wishes and prayers for the family.
In the photos, Dipika can be seen wearing a beautiful printed green salwar suit, while Shoaib kept it traditional in a black kurta set. Their son Ruhaan too was dressed adorably in a blue kurta and white pyjamas, completing the family’s festive look.
This year’s Eid celebration held a special place for the couple, especially after a few challenging months. Dipika who was diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer, had to undergo a major 14-hour surgery to remove a tumour. During her recovery, the actress faced difficulties due to medication side effects but has now gradually regained her strength.
Shoaib made sure to share the moments of joy with his fans, showing how the festival brought hope and positivity to their home. The couple’s bond and support for each other during this time have inspired their fans.
Earlier this year, the couple celebrated Eid in the hospital. Shoaib in his YouTube vlog, updated fans sharing that Dipika has been shifted out of the ICU and was slowly recovering. Despite the hospital setting, they couple received blessings from Shoaib’s father, who sent them an Eid greeting. Sharing the moment, Shoaib wrote, “Dipi aur mere liye papa ki taraf se eidi aayee.”
Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim’s journey together began on the sets of the TV show Sasural Simar Ka in 2011. Their friendship turned into love, and by 2015 they started dating. The two tied the knot in 2018, and in 2023, they welcomed their son, Ruhaan, into the world.
