Sherlyn Chopra on her public image and new talk show: My public journey has been anything but conventional

Actress and model Sherlyn Chopra is set to host a new talk show, Real And Unapologetic, which will focus on conversations around relationships, sexuality, mental health, body image, spirituality, modern dating and self-expression. The show will feature a mix of guests, including doctors, relationship experts, mental health professionals, fitness coaches, celebrities, social commentators and individuals with distinctive personal journeys. Sharing the idea behind the show, Sherlyn says, “People are tired of pretending. They want honesty, vulnerability and real conversations. Real And Unapologetic is not about perfection; it is about truth. I want this platform to encourage people to embrace who they truly are without shame.” At a time when podcasts and talk shows have become increasingly common in the digital space, Sherlyn believes the distinguishing factor lies in the nature of the conversations rather than the format itself. She says, “Real And Unapologetic is built on the belief that authenticity is more powerful than performance. The show isn’t about sensationalism or controversy for its own sake.
