Sheizaan Khan on shooting the high-octane train sequence for Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan: We just had two days to complete this whole track
Sheizaan Khan is being appreciated for his performance as Siddhu in Sargun Mehta and Ravie Dubey's Ganga Mai Betiyan. The actor recently shot a train action sequence and shared that he thoroughly enjoyed it. They had only two days to finish the sequence, and he shared that it was a race against time.
He said, "Every sequence in this show has been interestingly challenging. Talking about this particular sequence, we just had two days to complete this whole track, and our telecast has become 33 minutes, so that has also become a challenge to give a particular amount of time in shooting. It's like a race against time."
He was not one to settle for just an okay shot; instead, he stressed the importance of enjoying the process before approving a take. He said, "Unless we don't enjoy it, we don't say okay to that take. I am blessed with the best team."
For Sheizaan, playing Siddhu in the show has been a creatively fulfilling journey. He said, "As Siddhu, I got to do a lot in the role. I have to be dedicated 100 percent to my emotions and focus. This show has been a blessing in a lot of ways."
With gratitude in his heart, he said, "When people appreciate it, we feel super nice. Blessed to secure the top 2 TRP, and it's so surreal. We all have worked so hard."
The timing of the show’s success makes it even more significant. With the Indian Premier League going on, he understands that it can hold audience attention. Yet, Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan has managed to retain its viewership. "With the IPL season going on, it's very difficult for any show to sustain. God has been kind," Sheizaan ended.
