Shark Tank India’s Vineeta Singh runs Mumbai Marathon; writes ‘It makes me a better founder, a better mom, a better person’
Vineeta Singh is a fitness enthusiast and she ran the Mumbai Marathon held yesterday (January 21). This was Shark Tank India’s shark’s 13 Mumbai marathon.
Sharing pictures from her marathon, Vineeta wrote, “At the 30th km mark on my 13th @tatamummarathon yesterday a Prof asked me why I run. I said that I run because it makes me a better founder, a better mom, a better person. I am able to pour all my stress, anxiety, fears, frustration, pain into running and they burn away like the best fuel ever. I can think clearer during a run and it helps me sort my problems in terms of what is going to matter in 5 years and what is just noise.”
There were also pictures of her from when she ran a half marathon during the 6th month of pregnancy. She wrote, “It’s like strawberries or avocados for me - one of the few things in this world that are healthy but also feel good. PS: The pic is from 2018 - I did a half marathon as I was in my 6th month of pregnancy (with the doc’s permission of course).”
Shark Tank India's shark Vineeta Singh and her family are known for their love for sports and fitness. She has participated in several marathons, ultramarathons and half-marathons. She has also been part of triathlons including the Ironman which involves a 3.8-km swim, a 180-km bicycle ride and a 42-km full marathon.
Besides her love for fitness, she is a successful entrepreneur and a much loved 'shark' on Shark Tank India. She also won an award for being one of the most powerful women.
She will soon be seen in the third season of Shark Tank India alongside Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Amit Jain, Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta. 6 other sharks are going to join the panel this season.
