Shark Tank India 4 is a popular reality show that allows aspiring entrepreneurs to pitch their businesses and receive funding from a panel of investors. In one of the next episodes, the panellists will see an interesting pitch from a brand owned by none other than Shraddha Kapoor. However, the actress will not be in the tank pitching.
A viral promo depicts Palmonas, a demi-fine jewellery firm co-founded by Shraddha Kapoor, making its way to Shark Tank India 4 to gain financing. Pallavi Mohadikar and Amol Patwari, the co-founders, will appear on the show to seek investment for their jewellery firm.
The co-founders say, "Welcome to the world of demi-fine jewellery." With our third co-founder, Shraddha Kapoor, we are creating India's most popular demi-fine jewellery company. The sharks, on the other hand, are curious as to why Shraddha did not attend the pitch alongside the other two co-founders.
Aman Gupta wonders, "Shraddha Kapoor didn't come?" Pallavi responds, "She was very excited to appear on the show." I told her, "Yeh tumhari expertise nahi hai (This is not your expertise)," which left the sharks in splits.
For the uninitiated, Namita Thapar's phrase "Ye meri expertise nahi hain, I'm out" has been repeated so many times on the show that it has generated an online meme frenzy.
Meanwhile in the previous episode, Sanjay, a third-year BCA student, pitched NearBook, an online platform for buying, selling, donating, and renting books. Initially, all five Sharks declined due to various issues. However, Shark Anupam Mittal reconsidered, citing his own entrepreneurial journey at 13 without a mentor. He admired Sanjay’s dedication and offered Rs 40 lakh for 2%. Sanjay revealed he aimed to close the deal with Mittal, who admitted he couldn’t sleep without offering the deal. Mittal shared his early entrepreneurial struggles and eventual success after studying in the U.S., hoping to mentor Sanjay similarly.
