Ritesh Agarwal, Namita Thapar, and Aman Gupta quickly recognized the potential of the company, especially after Aman highlighted a viral video of a traffic policeman wearing an AC helmet, which was lauded for offering relief from the scorching sun. The founders revealed that the helmet was their creation, adding to their credibility and appeal.

Namita Thapar initiated the offers with Rs. 50 lakh for 2% equity plus 1% royalty until Rs. 50 lakh is recouped. Ritesh countered with Rs. 1 crore for 3% equity, prompting Namita to revise her offer to 1.5% equity. Aman Gupta offered Rs. 50 lakh for 2% equity and later adjusted to 1.5% equity after further deliberation.

Peyush Bansal joined the fray, proposing Rs. 1 crore for 3% equity, aligning with Ritesh’s offer. Namita and Peyush then teamed up, offering Rs. 1 crore for 3% equity collectively. However, Aman’s strategic reduction to 1.5% equity won over the founders, leading them to accept his offer.

In another segment, Aquapeya, a beverage brand founded by Tushar and Ravi Mundada from Sangli, Maharashtra, made a compelling pitch. Established in 2018, Aquapeya offers a range of premium mineral water, fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, and energy drinks, customized with locally favored colors and flavors. The brand, which prides itself on eco-friendly operations and innovation, sought Rs. 70 lakh for 2% equity, piquing the Sharks' interest with its strategic growth and cutting-edge technology.
