As the brothers presented their business, the Sharks—Vineeta Singh, Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Peyush Bansal, and Kunal Bahl—grilled them with questions. Anupam pointed out that competitors were offering similar products at half the price, raising concerns about their market positioning. Peyush advised the entrepreneurs to simplify their product offerings for better scalability.

Vineeta made the first offer—₹75 lakh for 10% equity, which was significantly higher than what the pitchers proposed. Aman Gupta, co-founder of boAt, then reminisced about his love for roadside chowmein, triggered by the discussion on food trucks. He recalled how he and his wife, Priya, used to enjoy chowmein from a van and how the nostalgic experience still stays with them. This memory inspired Aman to make his own offer—₹75 lakh for 5% equity.

However, the pitchers weren’t satisfied with the offers from Aman and Vineeta. They attempted to negotiate with Kunal, but their discussions did not lead to an agreement. Kunal pointed out that their unwillingness to be flexible could hinder their ability to secure an investment. Despite not finalizing a deal, the pitch highlighted the challenges of balancing valuation expectations and investor demands.

Shark Tank India 4 continues to showcase the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, proving that negotiating a deal requires not just a great idea but also adaptability and business acumen.
