Anupam Mittal started his career with his first job as a product manager at MicroStrategy after his graduation. A personal experience with a matrimonial consultant sparked an idea. Soon after some failed ideas, Anupam was successful in creating a niche in Matrimony and made a sustainable brand out of it.

Peyush Bansal started his journey as a receptionist in a coding company. Where he then learnt coding and bagged his first desk job. Soon, he applied for an internship at Microsoft and after getting rejected once, he yet again applied and bagged his first high-salary job at Microsoft and shifted to the US. In a podcast, Peyush shared, "I got an opportunity to go to Bill Gates' residence. I worked with them for a year and I learnt a lot from there."

Namita Thapar pursued her MBA in India before moving to the United States, where she worked as the Business Finance Director at Guidant Corporation, a medical device firm. After returning to India, Namita joined Emcure Pharmaceuticals as CFO and quickly rose to the position of Executive Director.

During her MBA courses in 2006, she worked as a summer intern at Deutsche Bank and turned down a job offering an annual salary of Rs 1 crore. Singh and another graduate who refused a similar offer wanted to establish their own lingerie business, but they were unable to collect the necessary funds.

Following his secondary education, Amit pursued studies and eventually passed the Engineering Entrance Exam. Then he got his addmission in IIT Delhi. After graduating from IIT Delhi, Amit began his first employment at Trilogy, a software development firm, in 2000. He then landed his first high-paying job as a software engineer with Tata Consultancy Services.

Deepinder started his work as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company after college. In response to long food order lines at Bain, he founded FoodieBay.com. Deepinder and his colleague Pankaj developed an intranet-based food ordering system for Bain's staff. The website unexpectedly obtains prominence and high traffic. Recognizing its potential, the founders decided to rebrand it as Zomato.com, forecasting a revolution in the food technology industry.

As a teenager, Ritesh began selling SIM cards in a tiny Indian village to earn money and get closer to his dream of being a great businessman. After graduating from St. John's Senior Secondary School, he opted to relocate to India's capital, Delhi.

Radhika Gupta began working as a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Company in 2005. She served as Portfolio Manager for AQR Capital Management, LLC's global asset allocation team in 2006. Radhika took over as CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, which is part of Edelweiss, in 2017. She successfully increased the company's revenue from ₹6,700 crore to ₹1,04,896 crore by 2023. She also assisted Edelweiss with the acquisition of another large company, JP Morgan Mutual Fund, and the development of a new product in 2019, the Bharat Bond ETF, which was India's first of its kind.

Azhar Iqubal, a first-generation entrepreneur, launched his career in 2013 on a Facebook page called News in Shorts alongside his IIT classmates Anunay Arunav and Deepit Purkayastha. He opted to keep the concept simple and concise, with news summaries of no more than 60 words.

Ronnie's initial excursion was Cable TV in India in 1981, and for the first two years of that voyage, he had no takers, and the only suggestion was to accept it as a failed start-up and move on, but by persevering, he was credited with pioneering Cable TV throughout India.
