
After the momentous success of the last two seasons, business reality show, Shark Tank India, will return with a brand-new third instalment. After Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and CEO of OYO Rooms, one more entrepreneur is gearing up to grace the esteemed panel of Sharks for Shark Tank India 3.

The new Shark is none other than the CEO of Zomato, Deepinder Goyal. Deepinder left Bain in 2008 to start Zomato (then foodiebay) out of his apartment and has since overseen strategy and product development. Deepinder graduated with a Mathematics and Computing degree from IIT Delhi in 2005 and hails from Muktsar in Punjab.

This year, the panel will feature – Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of boAt), Amit Jain (CEO and Co-founder of CarDekho Group, InsuranceDekho.com), Anupam Mittal (Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com – People Group), Namita Thapar (Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (Co-Founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics), Peyush Bansal (Founder and CEO of Lenskart.com) and Ritesh Agarwal (Founder and CEO of OYO Rooms), along with new shark Deepinder Goyal (Founder and CEO of Zomato).

With the introduction of a new shark, each week unveils that there is something more to come this season for all the viewers and pitchers. Now that this season adds Ritesh Agarwal and Deepinder Goyal to the Sharks family, it would be surely interesting to see if there are new names getting added to the Shark family.
