Actor Simba Nagpal, who plays the protagonist Virat Singh in the show 'Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki,' has achieved a huge success to transform himself to a muscular body. But the journey for him wasn't easy and required a lot of sincerity.
Simba, who is a fitness enthusiast, shares, “Getting yourself motivated to hit the gym isn't always easy. As much as you know you need to prioritize your health and fitness goals so finding motivation to work out can be challenging.
There are so many distractions and less physically demanding alternatives to spending an hour at the gym or working out at home. Even when we do get to the gym or start a home workout, having the desire to work hard and push ourselves is another challenge. But I was sure to get myself muscled and toned body. I feel proud of myself to gain power through the pain to become the best, healthiest version of me that I'm today!”
He further shared that it’s very hard to maintain and stick to the diet plans when there are so many mouth-watering food options. Ask him how he keeps control over his diet, he tells, “Following and sticking to a fitness and nutrition plan is tough, and there will be days when you can’t find any sense of fitness motivation at all. You might just want to throw in your very sweaty towel and give up. But that’s when, I keep in mind that if we want something we never had, then we have to do something we’ve never done. And this thought helps me to keep myself in control to my diets and be active most of the time.”
