Satya Tiwari joins Mahesh Pandey’s ‘Khandaan’

Actor Satya Tiwari, who has featured in shows like ‘Meri Durga’ and ‘Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2’, is back in action. He has been roped in to play a pivotal character in Mahesh Pandey’s next, which is tentatively titled ‘Khandaan’.
We have been updating you with exclusive reports about the cast of the show. While Hiten Tejwani has been roped in to play the male lead, Parineeta Borthakur has been cast as the heroine opposite him.The show will also mark the reunion of Sonal Vengurlekar and Rinku Dhawan two years after their show, ‘Yeh Vaada Raha’, ended. The duo, who played bahu and saas in the previous show, will be seen as daughter and mother in the new one.
Informs a source associated with the project, “The makers want the best of talents on the show. After Hiten, Parineeta, Sonal and Rinku, they have now cast Satya to play a pivotal character. He will essay the role of Hiten's brother in the show.”
When contacted, Satya refused to comment. As reported by us earlier, ‘Khandaan’ will be set in Uttar Pradesh and the story will revolve around a joint family.
