Actor Sachin Parikh is strongly disturbed by the recent gang-rape that has happened in Mumbai.
The actor, who is seen in two showsIss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2and Haunted Nights, has strong views on inhuman incident. He is concerned about women’s safety in the country as well. “The gang-rape in Mumbai illustrates what a huge distance we still have to travel even on this limited parameter.
More police personnel and more judges are necessary for discouraging crimes against women. Rapists should be given same punishments, harsh and merciless as in similar crimes given in Arab countries. And the most important part, to quote our judicial position, ‘Justice delayed is justice denied.’
