Rupali Suri: Pole Fitness keeps me radiant and saree-ready
Actress Rupali Suri feels fitness today is less about appearance and more about alignment. Yet, the results, she admits, speak for themselves.
Rupali, who has made pole fitness a core part of her routine, says the practice has transformed not just her strength and balance, but also the way she carries herself, especially in something as elegant and timeless as a saree.
“Pole fitness has changed my body completely,” she says. “It tones you, strengthens you, and gives you a natural glow. When I wear a saree now, I feel more confident, more radiant. It shows in the way you stand and the way you carry the drape.”
Often misunderstood, pole fitness is one of the most demanding full-body workouts. It builds core strength, flexibility and endurance, while also encouraging a deep connection with one’s body.
For Rupali, though, it goes far beyond the physical. “As you step onto the pole, you leave behind judgment. It meets you exactly where you are,” she shares. “It is not about being perfect. It is about accepting yourself and growing from there.”
That acceptance, she believes, reflects outward. “The strength built through practice translates into grace. The discipline reflects in posture. And the confidence becomes visible in every silhouette, whether in activewear or a saree.”
The actress maintains that true fitness is not about chasing a certain look, but about feeling at home in your own body.
“When you feel aligned within, it shows outside. That is what makes you look radiant,” she adds.
In a world that often equates fitness with extremes, Rupali Suri’s journey offers a softer, more balanced perspective.
“Strength can be gentle, grace can be powerful, and looking good is simply a reflection of feeling good,” she says.
On the work front, Rupali Suri is known for television shows like Hero - Bhakti Hi Shakti Hai, Apne Paraye and Daddy Samjha Karo. Besides her work across films, fashion and live platforms, she is currently engaged in multi-city shows, music videos, live events and upcoming film projects.
