Rrahul Sudhir

, who will be soon be seen in the new franchise of the TV show ‘

Ishq Mein Marjawan

2’, says that the

lockdown

was a quiet time for him. With TV shows having resumed work in the past couple of weeks, the actor is happy to return to the sets of his show.

Talking about how he spent time during the lockdown, the actor said, “The lockdown was a lazy period for me. I would laze around on my bed and that was usually it. My bed was my world! Of course, I did use the time to learn a few things. Those are insignificant in the bigger scheme of things that are happening around us, so I rather not talk about them. But the lockdown was a time for me to simply relax and unwind.”

The

COVID-19 pandemic

has also increased mental health issues. So, how did he keep himself positive during the lockdown? “Very honestly, I don't feel that there is a need to be positive if you don't feel that way. We can't force ourselves to feel a certain way. Yes, the pandemic has caused us to feel sad and disturbed. These are normal feelings. I think accepting reality the way it is, is being positive. Everybody wanted to have a break and now that we have it, people can't be sad about it. Just look at the good side of things.”

When asked if he was ready to go back to work, Rrahul said, “I’m delighted to get back to work – this was an unexpectedly long break of almost four months – but now I am ready to shoot.”
