, we asked for his reaction to this.
He said, "Is sey bada koi honour nahi hoga. Amit ji is my hero too and I have no words to describe the feeling of being compared with the star of his stature." While Ronit has many filmy projects lined up, his passion for TV is no secret. "I enjoy my work. TV is a great medium. People talk about shelf life, stretched shows, etc, but I feel the small screen is the best medium to connect with people. Films are equally challenging. We asked whether he sings too, like his bro Rohit, who claims singing comes natural to Bengalis. "No, I am different in that sense. I am not at all a good singer (laughs)."
CHANDIGARH'S BEAUTY AND DHABA FOOD CULTURERonit has been visiting Chandigarh in the past. "Beautiful and peaceful city. More than that I am perpetually gorging on desi dhaba food here. Idhar aa kar no diet control and all. Fresh air and pure food, aur kya chahie. The set of Ronit's ongoing show is erected in the rural belt near Chandigarh. "Amazing dishes I am trying these days with extra tadka and makhan," he said.
