' (2017), I should have been more careful with my fitness, but I slipped. One morning, when I saw myself in the mirror, I was petrified! My belly, the love handles, my sagging chest and the double chin left me aghast.”

That’s when Rohit realised that he had to take control of things and he hit the gym with a vengeance. He adds, “I stopped all things bad... alcohol, sugar and fried food. I did cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. To ensure that I didn’t break the routine, I kept it simple. Having said that, the first four months were tedious, as I couldn’t see much change in my body. However, it soon underwent a metamorphosis of sorts that I hadn’t envisioned. My fat melted away and my muscles started to show. I realised that fitness has to be a journey, not a destination. My advice to people would be, whatever the state you are in — personal or professional — stay the course as far as your fitness is concerned. It’ll help you deal with life better.”
