Tv granny Rita Bhaduri has been trying to coax the makers of her show Bhagonwali to lengthen her role a bit so that she can make the extra bucks needed to book her dream car — an SUV!
While it’s absolutely heart-warming to see Ritaji’s desire for the mean machine, it is almost comical to see how she attempts to persuade the producer to make her ‘Naaniji’s’ role meatier.As she is paid on per day basis, she wants the script to demand her presence on the set everyday, so she can rake in the moolah. The actress too makes no bones about it and says, “It’s true. I want a new car.
I can do that only if I have enough money.” Our sources from the show reveal that Ritaji is young at heart in more ways than one. She was apparently the first to hit the dance floor at a recent bash thrown by the channel and her energy could have easily sent the protagonist of the show a run for her money!
