The team of Kumkum Bhagya is currently shooting in Goa owing to the
coronavirus pandemic
and huge surge in covid positive cases in
Maharashtra.
Reyhna Pandit
who plays the character of Alia Khanna in the show spoke to us about her experience of shooting in Goa. She told us, "Goa is always home for every soul. So is for me. But this time, it was work calling. It is a huge responsibility for every individual who has come here to shoot. I love the idea of travel with work but this time, it was the need for the hour and because of that, we moved our shooting base to Goa."

She went on to add, "Shooting in Goa is a blissful experience. The production team of Kumkum Bhagya is doing everything they can to keep us safe by taking an apt amount of precautionary measures. Our temperatures are being checked on a daily basis and we are sanitising our hands at regular intervals. When we are not shooting, we are wearing masks."
Reyhna also opened up about her views on the lockdown in Maharashtra, which has halted the shootings in the state. "I don't know if lockdown is the solution or not. Considering the number increasing day by day and if the government has taken such decision, then we must follow it and take all safety measures," she said.
The actress recently treated herself with an expensive gift. She bought a luxury car. While Reyhna is on cloud nine and even shared pictures of her purchase on her Instagram stories, a lot of social media users didn't take it in a positive way and trolled the actress for buying a new car during the pandemic. Refusing to speak anything on this matter, the actress simply replied to us by saying, "Buying a car was a necessity."
