TV Actors in India hardly get to indulge in some kickass action on the small screen, but many of them are getting inspired by their counterparts from the big screen and are including fitness as part of their daily regime. Karanvir Sharma, who will be seen the enthralling audience as Kiran in bindass’ upcoming web series ‘Girl In The City Chapter 2’, has also joined the bandwagon.

His on-screen character Kiran is also a fitness freak, which requires him to be fit. Although the actor admits that he is very lazy when it comes to working out in a gym but his well-chiseled body can make any girl go wow. The secret of his well-built physique is out and it’s nothing other than martial arts. Despite the busy schedule, Karanvir takes out time for his fitness.
Talking about the same, Karanvir said, "I am a very lazy person when it comes to fitness, I am one of those who needs a combination of mind and body stimulation that’s the reason why I have a number of instructors to help me build my physique according to the requirement of roles I play. I am not really one of those guys who is always motivated to head to the gym; one has to push me to the limits."
He continued, “I take more interest in martial arts and have got myself trained in Krav Maga (a self-defense system developed for the Israel Defence Forces). I choose to go ahead with it after I encountered trouble from a few boys as they harassed a girl. That made me realize how important building up your strength is for self-defence and more importantly for people who need your help when the situation arises.”
