Late actor
Anupam Shyam, who has worked in multiple television shows over the past many years, was last seen playing the role of Thakur Sajjan Singh in the show Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya 2. However the 63- year- old actor, who passed away yesterday due to multiple organ failure, is equally remembered for his memorable performance in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo.
Ratan Rajput, who stayed in touch with him even after the show ended years ago, is very sad to hear about his demise. She say, " I got to know about it this morning and it's saddening. I have known Anupamji since 2009 when we worked on the show. After packup too, I used to sit with him and we would talk a lot. There were some interesting and deep conversations we have had during those days. He always shared his good experiences as well as bad ones for me to learn from. Once he said, "Aap actor bankar parde par kya karte ho, usse jyada asal zindagi mein aap kya karte ho, woh jyada maaine rakhta hai.' (What you do in your real life matters more than what you do on screen as an actor). Those were some wise words he shared."
Ratan further said, "He was a very fun-loving person along with being a good actor. In recent times, I was more in touch with him for his health. Two years back when he was hospitalised, I used go and check on him. Last year I was in touch with him over calls to check on his health."
Anupam Shyam was hospitalised a few days ago and he passed away due to multiple organ failure and was in the intensive care unit.
