Ram Kapoor recently took everyone by surprise when he shared pictures of his incredible transformation on social media. While many of Ram's fans applauded his weight loss journey, a few commented saying they still loved his chubbier version.
"Whhhhaaaattttt????? #TotallyChanged I had to read the name first," wrote a fan while another added, "Love the new look."
One Instagram user wrote, "Amazing change sir... Inspirational change... Hats off to you... But then too purane Ram Kapoor hi ache lagte the." Another fan wrote, "You looked good even with your weight... but I guess health improves... Will miss."

actor, who once weighed around 130 kgs has already lost 30 kgs and is aiming to loose another 25-30 kilos he revealed in an interview to Pune Mirror. Ram's new leaner and fitter version is winning accolades from everyone around, even his contemporaries like Ronit Roy, Kishwer Merchantt, Tanaaz Irani are all praise for him.
In an interview to Pune Mirror, the talented actor revealed that his journey to attain a fit body started two years ago. He even took a break of a year from regular work to achieve weight goals.
The actor while talking to media about his weight loss had revealed that he want to get healthier for his children. He had even stated that he was not doing it to look younger. In the interview, he thanked the country for accepting him the way he is and considered himself lucky. Ram had also revealed in the interview that he had quit smoking two years ago for his daughter and that getting fit was the next step. He further added that there comes a time in everyone's life when you want to do things for your children and he was doing just that.
In the same interview Ram had mentioned that being over-weight has never come across as a hindrance in his career.
