Rakhi Sawant to file defamation case against Adil Khan Durrani at Andheri court, says her lawyer

Rakhi Sawant, who returned from Saudi Arabia after performing Umrah, is making headlines for her controversy with estranged husband Adil Khan Durrani. Adil, who was behind the bars for several months conducted a press conference recently and revealed his side of the story. However, Rakhi denied all the claims by Adil and vice versa. Rakhi is now going to file a defamation case against Adil Khan.
Rakhi’s lawyer Ali Kashif Khan confirmed to ETimes TV that they are going to the Andheri court on Monday (September 4) to file a defamation case against him.
He said that they have already filed a case against Rakhi’s former best friend Rajshree Morey after she publicly defamed her. Moreover, he confirmed that Adil has been released on bail and he shouldn’t be conducting press conferences and talking bad about her (Rakhi).
Lawyer Ali Kashif Khan confirmed and said, "We have filed a criminal defamation case against Rajshree Morey in Andheri magistrate court yesterday for defaming rakhi with several unwanted words maligning her image. We shall be filing a defamation case against Adil Durrani as well tomorrow for continuously using and defaming rakhi on media interviews, adil is an accused in FIR, he was behind bars for over 6 months, he should know he is out on bail with several conditions put up by court."

It may be recalled here that Adil Khan Durrani held a press conference after being released on bail and hurled several allegations against Rakhi Sawant. Rakhi Sawant reacted to him by holding a press conference against him.
