Rajev Paul on his birthday celebrations: I chose to celebrate with the people who really matter to me

Rajev Paul celebrated his birthday on Wednesday (June 5) night with his family and close friends from the industry. The actor feels this is the best way to stay in touch with his dear ones. He shares, “I hadn't thrown a party or celebrated in a while. This was a good time to celebrate my birthday because my last show Sasural Simar Ka 2 did well and my brother (Rakesh Paul) also won an award. So I thought there was more than one reason to party."

He adds, "I am celebrating my birthday after a long time with a party like this. I had a great time yesterday with the best people who really matter to me.”

Present at the party were Rajev’s brother and actor Rakesh Paul, Vivek Mushran, Shubhashish Jha, Amin Haji, Joy Sengupta and others.

Earlier in an interview with us, Rajev had spoken about his career spanning more than two decades. He had said, "When I look back at my career, every role may not have given me that high or adulation, but it still took me forward in my journey. Every road that you travel takes you somewhere. In life, every time there are highs, there are bound to be lows, too. But these lows help you spring back with renewed energy."

Rajev has been part of shows like Jiji maa, Sasural Simar Ka 2, Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii and others.
