Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma performed their first Mahashivratri 'puja' with son Krishiv. The actress, who is known for doing several versatile roles on television, shared a picture of her family offering prayers to Lord Shiva and performing the rituals to celebrate the occasion of Mahashivratri.
Puja Banerjee posted the picture on her Instagram and wrote, "Krishiv ki pehli shivratri.Om namah shivay." Take a look at the post here:

Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma got their marriage registered during the lockdown, as their traditional wedding got postponed due to the uncertainty. In October 2020, they welcomed their first baby together, Krishiv.
Speaking about their love story, Puja and Kunal met on the sets of their show, Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna and fell in love. They did not make their relationship official until 2017 when they surprised everyone with their engagement news.
Puja Banerjee, who is a late sleeper and late riser until Krishiv was born, said, "I am up till late night and used to wake up late in the mornings. Nobody could wake me up in the morning, but, for Krishiv, I don’t mind waking up early just to see how he smiles. He has started reacting now and it makes me so happy to just wake up and watch him smile or raise his hands towards me. Motherhood is a lovely phase and I am enjoying it to the fullest. It’s more fun now as he grows up. I had always wanted to become a mother very early on in life and am blessed that I have a lovely baby now. Krishiv is keeping well and does not get cranky."
The actress is back to work already and before going on a maternity break, she quit the show, Jag Janani Maa Vaishnodevi.
