Pravesh joins 'Save the Tiger' campaign
Remember how Pravesh Rana fought for his rights with the inmates of the Bigg Boss house? Well, he’s now picking up another fight, but this time, for the cause of the tigers.
Upset about the drop in the number of tigers in the country, Pravesh will now be seen fighting for the tigers’ survival through his new role as the brand ambassador for ‘Save the Tiger and Leopard’ campaign in India
When we asked him about his new role, Pravesh said, “I have been considering it for the last seven months.
But my projects – Bigg Boss 3 and Chak Dhoom Dhoom kept me busy. Now that we have shot a good number of episodes for Chak Dhoom Dhoom, I can spend time on this project. And, how’s he planning to spread the message? “People ought to be sensitised towards the issue. Most of the times, tigers are killed by mobs and man-eaters. I will also be using social networking sites to spread the message. In fact, I’ve also taken up the issue on my Facebook fan club page.” So, does he believe that actors can spread the message effectively through television? “Yes. Also, we’ll love to have as many people as we can. It would be better for the campaign.”
