The period of ongoing lockdown is certainly quite stressful, depressing for many. Actress

Pranitaa Pandit

feels that though this lockdown paused our lives, but we should look at the positive side of it as well. She says this is the only way to cope up with

stress and depression

during this tough time.

Pranitaa says, "The only way to cope up with stress and

depression

is that you have to look at the positive side of the entire thing. Try to spend more time with yourself and it’s not going to be like this forever and whatever this is it is for everyone you are not alone in this we all are in this together and we will fight together," she said.

The beautiful actress is pregnant with her first child. She said for her the biggest learning in this lockdown has been spending time with herself and to be comfortable in silence. She adds, "I have started implementing it through meditation and this is something that I will always try to keep doing."
Pranitaa accepted that

lifestyle

has already been affected and slowly people are getting used to the new lifestyle. But she urged people to not move out of their houses just because they got tired sitting at home. Pranitaa says, "Corona is spreading like wildfire so be careful and maintain social distancing, I still feel there is a lot of scope and we have to work towards it and we have to really wait and watch what actually happens because July may be really bad for Mumbai."

Pranitaa also revealed that her asthma and severe allergic reaction make her more scared of Covid-19, but mentioned that she is excited to get back to work with all the precautions. "We have such creative people and good producers who are working with us, so I am sure we will come out with a solution. This is what I am really hoping and trying to be positive about the whole thing because eventually the show must go on."

Talking about the new shot-at-home video trend, the actress says, "It’s beautiful that people today are literally shooting at home and working, this shows how passionate they are about their work. Where there is will, there is way, and there is always a way. I think actors have done a fabulous job by doing shot-at-home videos."
