has been making fast-paced progress with its storyline and sequences. The show is a very elaborate visual treat and has sequences in which the actors get down to the dirt to shoot.
In one such sequence, Actress
Sameksha Singh who plays Olympia on the show had to shoot a scene which needed her to get really close to an open flame.
As per reports,
Sameksha shot for the sequence and had suffered burns on her hand, back and face. She didn't realize that she had burnt herself till she took off her makeup. She was shocked as she felt the burns later.
Sameksha consulted a doctor and her burns are not severe. She is currently recovering from her injuries.
Sameksha is most known for her Portrayal of
Indira Jaisingh
on the show P.O.W- Bandi Yuddh Ke. She has been praised for her portrayal of Olympias on Porus as well. Sameksha worked really hard for her show. in a previous conversation with TV Times, she said, "
Queen Olympia
is a beautiful character to play. She was a queen and was stunning. I wanted to look perfect for the role so I went on a special diet. Apart from the physical transformation, I have also practiced voice modulation."
