Pooja Banerjee to get engaged to swimmer Sandeep Sejwal

TV actress and swimmer Pooja Banerjee is set to get engaged to long-time boyfriend, swimmer Sandeep Sejwal, who is an Asian Games medalist. They first met during a swimming event in Jaipur a decade ago. She says, “He is a simple guy and what I love best about him is his honesty. He had proposed to me a long time ago, but it got formalised from our parents’ side only a few days back.”
The engagement will take place on October 12, but the wedding date is yet to be finalised; it’s likely to happen early next year.Meanwhile Pooja, who is currently seen playing the lead in 'Nagarjuna — Ek Yoddha', wants to balance her acting career with sports. “I would like to be more involved in swimming along with acting. There is a lot to do for sports in our country,” she adds.
