Pati Patni Aur Panga: Milind Chandwani and Avika Gor share wedding invite with Radhe Maa, seek her blessings
Avika Gor and her fiancé, Milind Chandwani, are set to tie the knot on September 30, coinciding with the days of Navratri. The couple, who are currently seen on the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga, will be getting married on national television. For Avika, who grew up on television where she began her acting journey, sharing such a big moment of her life with her fans and audience is nothing less than a dream come true.
In the latest promo of the show, Avika and Milind surprised everyone by announcing their wedding and sharing their wedding invite. The video begins with the couple entering the stage carrying a large decorated box. Avika tells everyone that she has a special announcement to make. When the box is opened, it reveals a beautiful miniature mandap with a bride and groom taking pheras inside. Below the mandap, there is a hidden compartment that holds their wedding invite.
Avika then shared that she has a very special bond with the channel and goes on to say, “Yahi mandap lagega aur yahi pure duniya ke samne hogi hamari shaadi” (This mandap will be set up here, and in front of the whole world, our wedding will take place here). Milind Chandwani also adds, “Reel life mein Badhu bhi issi channel pe bani thi, toh real life mein mere badhu bhi yahi pe banegi.” (In reel life Avika became a bride on this channel, and now in real life, my bride will also be created here). The two warmly invited everyone to join them on their big day.
After the announcement, Radhe Maa called the couple to give them her blessings. She also offered them money as a token of love and good wishes for their new journey together. Avika grew emotional while making the announcement, and the other contestants of Pati Patni Aur Panga cheered for the couple.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Avika shared more about her feelings. She said, “I’ve been in the public eye since 2008, and the love and blessings I’ve received from people have been overwhelming.” According to her, she had “manifested” this moment because she always wanted her audience—who have supported her since her childhood—to be part of her wedding celebrations.
“I always used to tell my parents, ‘I will either do a court marriage that no one will get to know about, or it’s going to be a grand wedding that the whole world will celebrate with me.’ It’s like my childhood dream is coming true with this new chapter,” Avika recalled.
