Pariva Pranati spreads canine love

Pariva Pranati doesn't believe in tokenism. The actress, a self-confessed canine lover, recently adopted a blind Labrador who was abandoned by his owners. He is now happily settled along with Pariva's three other dogs. Apart from this pack of four, the actress also takes care of the strays that loiter around the set of her show, 'Hamari Sister Didi'.

Initially, we hear, not many of her colleagues were pleased with the idea of as many as 10 canines strolling in and out of the set.Pariva says, “There was a problem, but I made it clear that nobody will shoo the dogs away . Now, everyone has become pally with the strays. I get them food from home and my colleagues also feed them with leftovers."
