Pandya Store takes a 5-year leap; here's the reason for the leap...

TV show Pandya Store is headed for a five-year leap. The four brothers will no longer be staying together. And the brothers who are married, will now have young kids.

Chikoo, who is currently the adopted son of Gautam and Dhara (Kinshuk Mahajan and Shiny Doshi) will grow up and his character will be essayed by Vidhaan Sharma, Chutki, Dev and Rishita's (Akshay Kharodia and Simran Budharup) will be played by Kiara Sadh and Shiva and Raavi (Kanwar Dhillon and Alice Kaushik) will also be seen playing parents to a boy.

A source close to the production house said, "The track around Shweta (Ankita Bahuguna) has been running for too long. And it was dragging. So a leap was required in the show. The show needed to get a fresh new look. Therefore, the leap is being introduced."

The source added, "The leap episode will be telecast around Makar Sankranti." Currently, the actors are shooting the Makar Sankranti episode on the outskirts of the city.

Pandya Store is a story of four brothers and their mother in Somnath. The main cast includes Kruttika Desai, Shiny Doshi, Kinshuk Mahajan, Kanwar Dhillon, Akshay Kharodia, Simran Budharup, Alice Kaushik, Ankita Bahuguna and Mohit Parmar. Currently the track revolves around how Shweta is creating havoc in the Pandya brothers' lives by not letting them live in peace. She has taken over the family business - Pandya Store and is planning to sell the shop. The leap will see how the brothers are separated and living away from each other.
