Actress Sreejita De, who was last seen in Bigg Boss 16, recently went on a holiday to Thailand with her husband Michael Blohm-Pape. The actress got married on July 23. Sreejita enjoyed scuba diving and snorkelling at many beautiful places in Thailand. She says, "It was a well-planned 16-day trip to Thailand. We visited Phi Phi islands and decided to island hop and visit many other islands.
During the day we enjoyed snorkelling and at Racha Islands we scuba dived for the first time. I know how to swim, my husband taught me swimming, but scuba diving was a very beautiful experience. After scuba diving we got addicted to it and both of us planned three more of them. It was a calming experience swimming with other water animals and enjoying the water life around."
Sreejita adds, "The Thailand trip turned us into water babies for 16 days. We were living our lives everyday on the sea and beaches. It was lovely enjoying the sunsets in the evening. We are very tanned now but it was worth the experience."
In an earlier interview with BT, Sreejita shared how she enjoyed her first wedding after Christmas, last year. She said, "When we started dating in 2019, we celebrated Christmas in Germany. That's when I learnt more about the festival. Blending into each other's culture and respecting it is very important. It was fun setting up the Xmas tree together. We could not go to Germany but had a great time celebrating Christmas in Mumbai."
