Rohit Choudhary: My friendship with Manu Punjabi is selfless

When the 'Bigg Boss' house opened its doors for commoners in season 10, a lot of people including

Manu Punjabi

and actor-producer Rohit Choudhary gave their auditions. Both of them met in Delhi during the group discussion and interview round, and though it was a neck and neck competition, Manu was chosen as a participant of the reality show. Both of them went their separate ways after that, but little did they know it was the beginning of a new friendship.

Talking about their friendship, Rohit said, "We have been friends for a long time. I have liked him since he came in season 10 of 'Bigg Boss'. We met in Delhi during the auditions of the show and it was a tough competition. Later, we became friends and we only used to talk on chats. But once he was coming to Delhi, and he messaged me informing the same, that's when we met for the first time after the auditions. We met and talked about a lot of stuff and realized we both are so much alike."

"Whenever he comes to Delhi he stays with me, we discuss about the future, our work, and the industry. But unlike the friendships in the industry, ours is very unique and selfless, and I guess that's what makes it so real," he added. During the show, Manu was close friends with Manveer Gurjar. In fact, a lot of people credited Manu for Manveer's win. But without any comparison, Rohit said that though he loved their camaraderie in the show, he and Manu have become much closer friends. "If you have seen the show you must be aware of Manu-Manveer jodi. They were the highlight of the show and it was good to see their budding friendship. But I feel even Manu and I share a great bond and we are much than close friends, we are more like brothers," he said.
