One role, two actresses
Shefali claims to be the lead in a new show, while Akanksha is awaiting a call.
While sources say Aakanksha Singh from Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuchh Kaha and Shefali Sharma from Bani — Ishq Da Kalma have been shortlisted, the latter claims that she has been confirmed. Says Shefali, “I have been finalised. I can’t reveal more, but it is a love story.”

However, Aakanksha is still awaiting a final word.
“Talks are on. I don’t know anything more,” she says.
Rashmi says that no final decision has been taken yet. “The show is not a love story. It is a social drama and we haven’t chosen the lead actress yet,” she explains.
