Bigg Boss 12's Anup Jalota on Jasleen Matharu: We aren't dating, it's a musical relationship

Bigg Boss 12 shook the nation when Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu admitted of dating each other at the grand launch of the show. Fans couldn't fathom the fact of Anup, who is 65 years old dating, was dating Jasleen, just of 28 years.

But now after Anup's eviction, what has come across as more shocking is him denying of dating Jasleen at all.
He revealed how the two aren't dating and just share a pure rapport and bond with one another.
While talking to TimesofIndia.com, Anup Jalota denied dating Jasleen and also explained his side.
"Jasleen Matharu and I share a complete musical relationship," said Anup. "It's not physical, rather one can call it spiritual. It's different and please don't give bad name to our relationship because it is very beautiful that way."
"Jasleen and I have met only for a very few times, sometimes at the airports or at concerts. How can we date each other then? No, we aren't dating, it's just a musical relationship between us. Please don't ruin it."
Anup further added, "My main motto was to make sure Jasleen gets famous and garners popularity anyhow, which she did. So, now my eviction doesn't bother me. I wanted her to be famous."
So does his family know about their 'musical relationship? To this Anup says, "No, my family isn't aware of our relationship. They haven't met Jasleen at all. But I shall tell them about our musical bond and it won't be difficult for them to understand as it's not romantic."

Similar to fans' reaction over their apparent relationship, Jasleen's father Kishan Matharu too was in a state of shock on learning about his daughter and Anup. The devastated father had then expressed his angst and dissapointment over the same.
When questioned about it, Anup stated, "I have spoken to Jasleen's father and he is a fine now. He didn't know what the situation and our bond was and misunderstood it. Now that I have explained it to him, he has understood it all. There are no hard feelings at all."
It was revealed in the show of how Jasleen was in a relationship with Singer Sukhwinder Singh once upon a time, but the 'Chaiyaan Chaiyaan' singer has denied it. When asked Anup about it, he said, "Yes, I knew that Jasleen was dating Sukhwinder a while ago. But if he's denying it, then I guess only Jasleen can answer this part."
