'No host' for Police Dial 100!

As reported earlier that the makers (Endemol India) and the channel (Life OK) are in two minds whether to bring in a host for their upcoming innovative show Police Dial 100.
With reports flowing in with names like Amar Upadhyay, Arhaan Behl, Barun Sobti, Bhanu Uday and Iqbal Khan to host the show, there has been another development which says that the show has finally dropped the idea of having a host.
Source informs, “Though the production house was in plans to rope in the same host Amar Upadhayay, who had earlier hosted the pilot episode of the show but as the show has everything real and nothing fictional in it, right from the set up and the cops, there is no point in having a host for the show which is so real.”
“Hence, now the camera will do all the narrations with having a voice over for the episode,” adds source.
All our efforts to reach Ajit Thakur were futile. The show will hit the TV screens from 22nd of June at 7:00 PM.
With this for the first time, a crime based show would be presented without a host.
