No entry, Salil

Cricketer-turned-actor Salil Ankola is once again in trouble due to his alcoholism. Early this week, Salil was asked to vacate his flat 401 in Elisha Apartments, Bandra, Mumbai, where he had shifted barely a week ago.
Apparently, Salil was a very troublesome tenant. When the building secretary informed the flat’s landlady Dorothy Mathias about her tenant’s weird behaviour, she told Salil in no uncertain terms to vacate her property.
Salil’s exit from the building was rather unpleasant. A source from the building said, “A couple of days ago, Salil had to be carried out by six to seven men to a car since he was in a drunken state. He had hired a maid but often did not open the door for her. Also a man and a lady were staying with Salil and he used to have ugly fights with the man. On the day when we last saw him, he came to our building with that man and they had one of their usual spats. Two kids were also present in the flat and they ran out when the fight started. After some time, six to seven men came and took him away. He could not stand on his feet when he came down. He looked drunk. They put him in a car and he was given an injection. We have not seen him since then.”
“We think Salil has gone to Pune (his parents, parents-inlaw and wife stay there). He is certainly not coming back here,” added the source.
