The newlyweds Pankhuri Awasthy and
Gautam Rode, who got married in a grand ceremony recently, are off to their honeymoon. The couple has chosen God’s own country Kerela for their honeymoon. Gautam and Pankhuri updated their fans and posted pictures on their Insta stories of their trip.

The couple tied the knot at Tijara Fort Palace in Alwar, Rajasthan. The wedding was a private affair and only close friends of Pankhuri and Gautam attended the wedding. After the wedding, the couple immediately visited The Golden Temple and Vaishnodevi to seek the blessing of their new life.

Gautam and Pankhuri met on the sets of Razai Sultan for the first time, but love blossomed for them while working on Suryaputra Karna. The two dated for two long years but kept their relationship away from media glare. It was only last year when they had a roka ceremony that Gautam confirmed to BT, "Yes, Pankhuri and I recently got engaged and I feel lucky to have found a life partner like her. We share the same wavelength and she has fit into my family perfectly."
While Gautam is known for TV shows like Saraswatichandra and Mahakumbh, Pakhuri, too, has played some interesting characters on TV and has done shows like Razia Sultan, 'Kya Qusoor Hai Amla Ka??' and Suryaputrakarn.
