Moon gets ‘knotty’!

There comes a time in life when everything seems to be going right and for Moon Banerrjee, this is that time. Recently on August 15, the actress tied the knot with Neeraj Sharma, who works as a chief executive producer in Ram Gopal Varma’s production house.
“On the day of Independence, we became dependent on each other,” laughs Moon. It was a little less than a year back that she met Neeraj through common friends.“We were at that stage in life when we both wanted to get married and he’s exactly the kind of man I wanted to marry. We gelled with each other instantly,” says Moon.
Being from the same profession is an added bonus, says the actress, who reveals that Neeraj has done a lot of theatre in Delhi and has even acted in an unreleased film. The actress is also looking forward to her track starting in her serial Sasural Genda Phool. “It was supposed to start much earlier, but both things have happened simultaneously! I believe that if something is due to you, it will happen sooner or later,” she says. And work does seem to have taken precedence as the actress was working on the next day of her wedding. “Honeymoon will have to wait. Anyway, we’re planning a grand foreign honeymoon, so we will need time to plan that,” she adds.
