Dipika Kakar has entered her third trimester and the mom-to-be gave a glimpse into her workout routine. The mom-to-be took to her vlog and showed her stretching exercise routine that she follows.
She says, “I walk for an hour. I walk on the treadmill at 2.5 speed. I cannot walk faster than that. I do arm circling for the arm stretch. I am not that fluent.
I also do butterfly exercises, neck stretches, neck circling. I sit in butterfly pose because it is good for your logs.”
She also does a few arm stretching exercises with her band for upper body strengthening.
In the past, when Dipika announced her pregnancy and shared her pregnancy food cravings, many people trolled her and called her out saying she has ‘unhealthy food habits’. Many also called her pregnancy fake when she was spotted eating dates, which are actually not good for pregnant women. However, Dipika had stated in her vlog in the early stages that her body required dates and she has been having them on doctor’s advise. She also advised others to follow doctor’s orders before consuming anything during pregnancy and not follow her diet.
Dipika and Shoaib announced their pregnancy early this year and they also mentioned about having a miscarriage initially. The couple had been waiting for the first trimester to go safely to make the announcement.
On the other hand, Shoaib’s sister Saba, who got married in November last year, is also expecting.
