Mitaali Nag, who came up with the women oriented idea to spread cheer during such tough and sad times and sung the song, says, “The song has been shot and dubbed completely on mobile phones by each one of us at our respective homes, and has a special mention to the corona warriors on front-line, including Payal Raj, Dr Rachit Bhushan and Namita Naidu. The new lyrics and sound of the song reinforces the faith and confidence that we shall overcome this tough time. This high-spirited attempt is what all of us need at this time to lift up our energies and belief that we shall come out of it soon. The last 22 seconds of the video is a must-watch to see the lockdown creativity shot.”

Mitaali adds, “It started with me singing the song ‘

Hum Honge Kaamyaab

’ in most of my live sessions that I was doing on Instagram. It’s a very positive song. As I release songs on my YouTube channel we thought why not to make a lockdown version of this song, as the words which are uplifting as the original and most importantly apt for the current scenario. My lyricist friend Satya Khare promptly wrote the new lyrics and my team based in Pune composed it. It’s my hubby who suggested the idea of making it an all-women video because he said that this would add divinity to the video when women give the message. And that’s how I contacted my friends from the industry like Donal Bisht, Dimple Jhangiani, Supriya Kumari, Nidhi Uttam, Krutika Gaikwad, Shweta Khanduri, Shrishti Munka, Sumati Singh, Surbhi Shukla, Khushbu Paswan, Pammi Motan, Sakshee Sharma, Neha Narang and Asmita Ingle and they were kind enough to send me a video. My editor Rohan did a great job by keeping the video crisp and pacey. The USP of this song is that it is completely dubbed and shot on mobile phones!’ Mitaali further puts, “People have accepted the song positively. Infact it’s a rage amongst the

as they have been featured as the real life corona warriors. It’s very motivating when your efforts are recognized and appreciated!”
