Make-up with face-shield on to set sanitisation; a look at the new norms being followed as TV shows resume shoot once again

Many channels have announced fresh episodes of their existing TV shows and preps are on for shoots to resume. Many celebs have already taken up ad projects and some are also back on the sets. Take a look:

Nia Sharma, Aparna Dixit, Gracy Singh, Akshit Sukhija and many others gave a glimpse of their first day of shoot experience after a 3-month long break. While some were spotted wearing proper gear, some were spotted with their make-up persons wearing masks and shields.

Promos of shows like Yeh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka and Yeh Hai Chahatein were shot from home to announce that fresh episodes will soon go on air. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has also resumed shoot. Here is a pic of Mohsin Khan with producer Rajan Shahi.

Sets were sanitised fully before actors were called for shoot. The entire set was disinfected and also foot-operated sanitsers are kept in every corner. Workers are can also be seen using them as and when required.

Proper equipments are kept and you can see everyone who enters the set, has to pass through this machine. All the studios are taking necessary precautions and maintaining set hygiene. Crew members also have their face and hands covered.

Carrying their own make-up kits, wearing masks and gloves when not facing the camera, maintaining social distance as much as possible and small crews define the new normal on TV shows as studios cautiously reopen, and the actors are not complaining. Crew members of Bhakharwadi have adapted the technique of carrying an umbrella to maintain social distancing.

Make-up artists are required to put on face-shields, masks and gloves and they are to be discarded as well. See the actors’ make-up artists following everything as per new rules and regulations.

Hina Khan recently resumed dubbing for her film project and shared how she is maintaining proper hygiene but also scared if any of the equipments carry germs. Pyaar Ki Luka Chhupi actress Aparna Dixit mentioned how she left her home early in the morning and wore a mask before stepping out. She also rehearsed for her scene through the script she got on her phone and only stepped out of her vanity to shoot when her shot was ready.

There’s tight security being followed on the sets and only required people are allowed. As per new rules crew strength has been asked to be reduced to 33% of pre-COVID (this does not include the main cast).
