While everyone else was celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with excitement and delight, Rahul Vaidya's festivities were hampered by dengue sickness. He has now taken to social media to notify us that his wife, Disha Parmar, is also suffering from the same condition. Rahul, who appears on Laughter Chefs and is known for his melodic voice, had a high fever of 104°F, and Disha has now been diagnosed with dengue.
Rahul Vaidya took to his official Instagram page and wrote, "Wasn't it enough for me to have dengue ki disha ko bhi ho gaya." Disha Parmar re-shared the statement on her social media account, adding, "Together forever." The actress also tweeted a selfie and wrote, 'Welcome to the sick club!'
Earlier, the Bigg Boss star posted a photo of himself with cold wipes on his head, battling a high fever of 104°F. Then he shared another story with the caption, "Dengue!" Since the diagnosis coincided with the auspicious festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, it appeared that the singer had to cancel all arrangements.
He expressed his enthusiasm for Ganesh Chaturthi before the occasion. Speaking to photographers on the sets of Laughter Chefs, Vaidya remarked, "Iss baar aur dhoom dhaam se manayenge kyunki Bappa ki wajah se hi mere ghar par beti aayi hai or beti ki wajah se bahut achhe din aaye hai, achha bhagya aaya hai. I can't wait! Ganapati Bappa jaldi se aaye, humare ghar par aaye." (This time, we'll be even happier because Bappa has brought us a daughter. My daughter has brought us many nice days and good fortune. I cannot wait! Ganapati Bappa, please come immediately and visit our home.)
Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar had a baby girl during last year's Utsav. As a result, the couple feels a stronger connection to the festival.
