Actor Aly Goni, currently gearing up for Laughter Chefs 3, has opened up about his inspiring fitness transformation. In his latest vlog, Aly revealed how he lost around 10 kgs after suffering serious leg injuries, while also building muscle. From disciplined meals and supplements to his workout motivation, Aly shared every detail of his diet routine and how he’s balancing his health goals with the hectic shoot schedule of Laughter Chefs 3.

Back on the sets of Laughter Chefs 3

Aly began his vlog saying, “You all know that Laughter Chef 3 is coming. And yesterday was our first day of Laughter Chef. It was hectic because it's the opening of the season.” He shared how the energy on set was infectious, adding, “We were so crazy yesterday that my throat is sore too. Too much fun. It was great meeting everyone. We received a lot of love. Obviously, some of our old friends are missing, but I feel like they'll come back.”

Overcoming injury and starting his transformation

Talking about his health journey, Aly revealed, “I’ve had a leg accident. Before that, when I was shooting for a project, I had both my legs broken, and my knee was also broken.” He added, “Since then, my weight has increased a lot, and I’ve been in a very bad condition. I also have some physical issues that cause all this. I’ve already lost 7, 8, 9 kg.” His determination to bounce back shines through his transformation.

The morning ritual

Aly shared his morning ritual: “I wake up in the morning and drink coffee with Shilajit. This is the first thing I do every morning.” Even if he wakes up late, he ensures his routine stays on track. “I start my day with coffee. I know I woke up a little late today, but it doesn’t matter because I eat my proper meals, whatever my trainer has planned for me.”

Protein-packed breakfast

Detailing his first meal, Aly said, “My first meal is avocado and boiled eggs. These are about 5 or 6 boiled eggs, which provide a lot of protein in the morning. Good fat too.” He also spoke about his supplement intake: “The most important thing with breakfast is my supplements Vitamin C, snacks, and fish oil. Supplements are very important.” This combination ensures a strong start to his day.

Balanced lunch with power nutrients

Showing his lunch, Aly explained, “Air fried chicken, a full bowl of vegetables, Shirataki Rice, curd, vegetables, and rajma dal.” He added, “This bowl that I have kept, I make it into a bowl — rice, lentils, curd, vegetables — then eat it with chicken.” After lunch, he takes rest before hitting the gym, ensuring proper digestion and energy for his workout sessions.

Coffee-powered workouts

Aly revealed his pre-gym secret: “I don’t take any pre-workout, so I just drank coffee. I drink black coffee and that’s what gives me a kick.” He continued, “I don’t drink anything else, but a protein shake is a must.” His simple yet effective pre-workout routine shows how consistency and discipline drive his fitness goals.

Building muscle while losing weight

Addressing fan curiosity, Aly said, “Many people ask me how I’m losing weight, and I’m not only losing weight, I’m building muscle too.” He added, “I’ve managed to stay motivated with great difficulty, so I don’t want to break it. That’s why I went to the gym at least and didn’t do anything else the whole day today.” His focus on balance reflects his long-term approach.

Dinner and transformation goals

For dinner, Aly keeps it light: “I’m having soup and a little bit of green chicken and fish.” He concluded, “I’ll show you more difference in my transformation from before to now, which I think 90% of people can see. I’m not losing weight, I’m building muscle along with losing weight.” Aly’s journey is proof that patience, clean eating, and persistence truly pay off.
