Lalit Parimoo to enter Na Bole Tum...

Lalit Parimoo, who was seen in Savitri as a baba, will play the character of Shridhar Vaidya, Aasiya Kazi’s dad in the revamped version of Sunshine Production's Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 2.
Milind Pathak, who played Shraddha Kapoor’s dad in Aashiqui 2, was earlier approached to play the role, but he backed out due to date issues. Nupur Alankar will be playing Jyotiba Vaidya, Aasiya aka Rukku’s mother.Sources say Nivedita Saraf was earlier supposed to play the role. “I have started shooting for the role since two days. I play an honest advocate, which is a rare phenomenon these days. He doesn’t believe in corruption, and hence, his relation with his wife will be a bit strained. He believes in Gandhian philosophies,” said Lalit.
Megha (Aakanksha Singh), who is in search of Rimjhim’s real mother, will come to stay with the family as a paying guest. Shridhar’s character will help Megha in her quest. “He sometimes recites poetry which will relate to the happenings in Megha’s life,” said a source.
