'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' 28th April written update: Karan confesses Rio's real identity

'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' opens when Karan confesses to Tulsi that he intended to tell her the truth about Rio once she recovered from her illness. However, she never got better, and he was forced to continue lying. Karan breaks down in tears, expressing his guilt. He says he does not know how he could have told Nandini that he was raising Ansh's child. Karan believes it was fate that brought Rio into his life.
