The lastest episode of March 2026 starts with Noina in her hospital room, wondering whether her last wish to die as Mihir’s wife will ever be fulfilled. Tulsi, who was standing outside the door, overhears this and enters the room, reassuring her that everything will be alright and that Mihir will marry her. In order to complete her dying wish, Tulsi brings Noina back to Shanti Niketan as she gets her discharged from the hospital.
Noina comes back to Shanti Niketan
At home, when Tulsi arrives with Noina, they are met with total silence. All of the family members leave one by one, making up excuses. Noina feels disappointed because of this; however, Tulsi reassures her that everything will be fine.
Later, all the family members wonder about Tulsi’s decision to bring Noina back. As Ritik expresses concern over the matter, Munni reassures him and asks him to respect his mother’s decision, no matter what. As a pandit ji is called to set a muhurat, he says that the two can get married in three days. Mihir reluctantly agrees; however, he says that he does not wish for the ceremony to be grand one and wants to opt for something simple.
Noina’s sister talks to her and asks her whether she is truly happy with this. Suchitra mentions that Noina had always wanted a grand wedding; however, she tells her that whatever is happening is a favour because of Tulsi and that they should respect everything.
Bharti starts to suspect Angad
At the factory, Angad sneaks into Mihir’s office so that they can discuss his daughter’s birthday plans. However, when he leaves and heads back to the main area, Bharti spots him. She starts getting suspicious of him and asks him about his whereabouts. Angad confidently answers that he simply needed fresh air. Later on, a call comes in for Angad, and Bharti receives the number. She does not check and simply dials the number, only to find that it is Vrinda on the other line.
Vrinda warns Bharti of her past and tells her not to make the same mistake all over again. A flashback plays and shows that Bharti once fell for a married man, who ended up cheating on her and betraying her.
