begins with a worried
Prithvi
calling
Kritika
to warn her about
Sherlyn
and to ask her to stop her from doing something wrong. Kritika who is busy with the family does not answer the call. Karan promises to take care of
Preeta
in front of the family.
Girish accidentally drops food on Preeta’s dress.
Sarla
and
Srishti
accompany Preeta as she goes to clean up. Sarla gives Preeta a black thread to protect her from evil. She tells her she was embarrassed that the Luthras might think it superstitious if she gave her the thread downstairs. Preeta tells her that Bani had already tied a black thread on her wrist for the same. Sarla blesses Preeta.
To execute her plan to kill Preeta’s unborn child, Sherlyn places marbles on the stairs so that Preeta trips on them and falls. Rakhi sends Karan to call Preeta, Sarla and Srishti for cake cutting. Karan goes upstairs and complains to Sarla about Preeta’s mischiefs. All three of them share a loving moment.
Sherlyn waits for Preeta to come downstairs. Kritika calls Prithvi back. He subtly warns her about Sherlyn’s jealousy towards Preeta. He says that when she did not answer her call, he called Sherlyn to talk about her and he could sense that she was depressed. He points how the reason of her depression could be Preeta’s pregnancy because she recently lost her unborn child. An alarmed Kritika agrees with him and goes inside.
As Preeta, Karan, Srishti and Sarla come downstairs, Bani stops Preeta from walking too fast. Karan escorts Preeta down and she does not step on the Marbles. Srishti however, notices that there were marbles on the stairs.
Kareena introduces Preeta to Dai Maa. Everyone's face lights up with joy as Dai Maa checks Preeta and says that she is bearing twin babies.
