, recently shared a fun video of her drunk dance with her mom, Purnima. The two were in Goa last month and had a gala time.
The actress took to her Instagram account and captioned her post as, "... random drunk dance parties in the middle of the afternoon with mom when we were in Goa last month. Dear God, please keep my life filled with such moments. This is all I live for. Amen! I love yu @purnimadineshanand."
While Anjali is seen in a serious role on the show, it is a treat for the audience to see the actress in real life. Her having fun and dancing around in a dress is quite a contrast to how her viewers see her otherwise on the small screen.
In Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, the actress plays mom to Amyrah (Myra Singh) on screen. Being young herself, the actress was initially afraid of being typecast as a mother, as that is what happens to most actresses on television.
In an interview to TOI, she had said, "When I was approached to play Lovely, I felt that it was too early in my career to take it up. Unlike other countries, in our industry, actresses don't get different roles once they play mom."
But then talking about what convinced her to play the part, she had added, "I feel that someday, the industry will change and accept the fact that if a 24-year-old plays mother, she should be offered other roles, too. So, I accepted the role."
The current track of the show sees Kulfi and Amyrah trying to reunite Lovely and Sikander. The two girls don't want them to go for a divorce and hope their efforts bring Lovely and Sikander closer.
