The Great Indian Kapil Show 4: Krushna Abhishek mimics Jackie Shroff, hands him his house keys, jokes ‘Inka kar kar ke maine flat banaya’; Kapil Sharma quips, ‘Aur mama Govinda ka cut kahan hai?’
The Great Indian Kapil Show season 4 took fans a trip down the memory lane as the makers invited 90s superstars Jackie Shroff and Madhuri Dixit as special guests. The superhit pair, who has starred in hit films like Parinda, Ram Lakhan, Tridev, Sangeet to Khalnayak were a treat to watch as they revealed stories from their journey.
During the episode, viewers got a chance to witness a hilarious moment when Krushna Abhishek arrived dressed up exactly like Jaggu Dada. His entry instantly brought smiles and laughter on everyone's faces, including Madhuri Dixit and Jackue Shroff.
Krushna, whose spotless mimicry of Jackie Shroff has often impressed the audience, was seen mimicking the superstar in front of him. Jackie Shroff was thrilled to see Krushna mimicking him and was even seen praising him in front of Madhuri Dixit.
Krushna arrived dancing on 'tera naam liya tujhe yaad kiya'. He then revealed how amongst everyone only he is allowed to mimic Jackie Shroff. He then goes to hand over the keys of his Lokhandwala flat to Jackie Shroff. He says, "Dada here's they key to my Lokhandwala flat. Inka kar kar ke maine ye flat banaya hai (I mimicked him so much I managed to afford the flat." His joke left everyone burst out laughing. He adds, "Aap ka kar kar ke flat banaya hai, main yahan cut dene ke liye aaya hoon. Ek flat maine Mithun Da ko bhi diya , ek Jeetu ji ko bhi diya hai." Soon, Kapil cracks a hilarious joke on Krushna's mama Govinda and asks, "Toh Govinda ji ko kuch nahi diya." To this Krushna says, "Unpar aaya toh mera sab loot jaayega, sab dena padega."
This left the audience, guests and everyone present in splits of laughter.
For the uninitiated, Jackie Shroff took a legal action in 2024 to protect his personality and publicity rights. However, Krushna is the only person who is allowed to mimic Jackie Dada.
Krushna had confirmed the news last year with Times of India TV and revealed that Jackie Shroff personally reached out to him with praise, mentioning that Krushna is the only one who imitates him so beautifully. Jackie Shroff also gave Krushna his blessing to continue mimicking him, expressing that he has full permission to do so.
During the episode, Madhuri revealed an interesting anecdote about her favourite choreographer Saroj Khan. She recalled how during Ram Lakhan, Saroj Khan changed an entire choreography on the sets within moments just to match her shy on-screen character.
